So I haven't written in a while, and I'm sorry... but I have to take a quick minute to pass this video along. My amazing Aunt passed it along to me, and I would be wrong not to share it with all of you... IT'S AMAZING!
Some may feel squeamish about eating it, but rabbit has a fan base that grows as cooks discover how easy they are to raise — and how good the meat tastes.
